I hereby acknowledge and give my consent to the Private Education for a New-World (referred to in this statement as School) to collect and process my personal data, which I have entered in this web form (Form), in accordance with this privacy statement.

The personal data collected from the Form will be stored in the School’s designated database in Microsoft Azure. The School has taken all necessary steps to ensure data security by implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), allowing access only to authorized personnel from the School. This also applies to authorized employees from SABIS Educational Services S.A.L. (SES LEB), who may access the data upon the school’s request for technical support.
The data collected from this Form will be processed by the School solely for the purpose for which it was collected. It may also be transferred to the School’s data base and shall only be processed for the same purpose it was collected for. The data collected on the Form will be deleted from the school’s CRM database as follows:
Academic Interest: Data will be retained until August 1 of the academic year of interest;
Event-Related Forms: Data will be retained for 10 days after the event;
Parent Data: Data will be retained as long as the student is enrolled and deleted one year after the student leaves the school.
This processing has been duly notified to the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) and is authorized under number A-PO-1124/2025.
This processing may be subject to international transfer, authorized by the CNDP under number T-PO-357/2025.
